They say real estate is in your blood, for me it has been in the family too. Growing up, my mom was a Realtor, my grandmother was in the industry and my family and I have been landlords for years. I have been learning the industry my entire life. Having been licensed for the last 20+ years, I have lived through the highs and lows of the market and know how to service both sellers and buyers and make sure that each transaction is smooth but still maintaining a fun work environment. I am happy to call my clients my friends.
I decided in 2013 to head west and moved to Colorado. Not knowing many people and not having a job immediately, I figured why reinvent the wheel, do what you love and know how to do. So, I got my Colorado license and am still serving my Colorado clients and friends. The Colorado market was a valuable learning experience. I had to learn a new area, a whole new set of contracts, but more importantly how to succeed in an ultra-fierce, competitive, fast-paced market. Listings were going under contract in a matter of hours. For my buyers, I became extremely creative in “winning” the bidding war.
That fast-paced environment has seeped into the Cincinnati market too and having the knowledge I gained in Colorado has definitely set me apart as an industry leader.
I graduated from Xavier University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. My time at Xavier taught me tenacity and the ability to set and achieve my goals. I focused on community service and bettering not only myself, but the world around me too. I feel that Xavier gave me the opportunity to grow and also stand out. I am proud to be a Muskie for life.
In my free time I enjoy playing softball, swimming, reading and especially love to cook for my family and friends. I also am an avid supporter of live music and love to see shows as often as possible.
I love Cincinnati and I am glad to call this my home.
